Just played through Lemos's route, and I adore him! Nova's amazing too (it's a shame that she's the MC instead of a romanceable character lol). The two of them have some really fun chemistry!
The music and sound design are all solid, the art is gorgeous, especially CGs and backgrounds, though one of the side characters looks kinda wonky. I love the way the clothes and architecture for the different kingdoms feed us information about the cultures without being too overt with it.
Nova is just... way too relatable. I like the way a character like Lemos plays off of her a lot, I couldn't help smiling at their banter, especially the part about the orca rail.
The comedy is what stands out to me the most, but you get quite a few of those heart-pounding moments you want out of an otome game here. I can't wait for the full release! :D

I haven't finished the demo yet, but I used to visit a seaside town a lot while growing up and the intro captures that vibe PERFECTLY

On one hand, the writing is witty, playful, and hilarious. On the other, it's an incredibly well informed love letter to the Arthurian legends. It's a bit short, but there's a lot of content and different endings to get, and the story is interesting, engaging, and combines many elements of the original stories that were honestly a little tough to sift through.  You seriously don't have to know a damn thing about the Arthurian legends to enjoy this game, it's just better if you do because of all the shout outs and references to the lesser known characters. The characters are written as incredibly natural and friendly, and the game overall has a very nice atmosphere. I recommend playing it all in one sitting on a lazy afternoon. Hope to see more content come from this creator, and maybe some story updates if that's still going on!

Only issues I have are that some of the endings are a little rushed and I wish it was longer.

The art is really beautiful! Unfortunately, it falls into the regular tropes of trivializing mental illness as a collection of symptoms that don't interact with each other, infantilizes mentally ill adults, making light of trauma, and incorrectly defining psychosis, as well as it's symptoms. I'm severely mentally ill, been in and out of psych wards for years and have made significant progress I am veryproud of, and this portrayal is just straight up incredibly inaccurate. I get that mental illness and hospitals are something people think of as scary and you want to use them in your horror game, but please don't romanticize it like this. Ambrosia is partially exempt from this because their situation is more magic-based than mental illness based, but they still display caricatures of some more common symptoms, too. We're real people, and while it seems like your heart is in the right place, especially with your attempts at diversity, you also stereotype your POC characters in really icky ways.

All I can think of when I play this game and see this shallow representation is, "Is this how people see me?"

Again, the aesthetics are absolutely lovely, the music is a great start, but the writing and characters leave a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe if there were fewer, and you read up on people's accounts of living with mental illness more, you could really flesh them out. It seems like you've got backstories for most of them, which is a good start, but that isn't really a personality yet. I hope to see more from you in the future!
